Conservative Pimp Arrested

James O'Keefe, the conservative activist whose undercover videotapes damaged the reputation of the community advocacy group ACORN, was arrested along with three other men for allegedly entering federal property under false pretenses. The men are accused of posing as telephone repairmen
in order to gain illegal entry into the office of Senator Mary L. Landrieu (D-LA) in New Orleans. O'Keefe was released on Tuesday on an unsecured bond of $10,000. If convicted, he's looking at up to 10 years in prison.

I don't really know what is going on with that. When some reporters questioned him after leaving the jail, I believe, the only thing he said was, "Veritas." Which means, "truth".

I do.

He did what he did to bring shame on an agency committed to helping Americans and he did so in a way that is illegal.

However, ACORN still lost it's Federal funding.

Of course what was caught on that tape was illegal, but it was gained illegally and would never be admissible in a court of law because of how it was gained.

Neither should we forget all of the good that ACORN has done for so many Americans-- how it has helped so many people!

Yea, gotta help those pimps. Great company, Jermyn. I didn't see one decent person manning one of those offices that were taped. Illegal or not, it was very telling.

Good. Perhaps Mary Landrieu will be brought down as well, or at least lose the three hundred million bribe she got for her vote.

So the guy who helped reveal the truth about ACORN got busted trespassing on federal property, stupid mlve on his part. Your dislike for him however is the fact that he shed the light of truth what ACORN does. Look they may have done some good, but there has been enough revealed about what goes on with this organization: voter registration fraud, aiding and abetting illegal activity, etc. that they deserved the consequences.

The fact that this guy got arrested may make you happy that he got, in your opinion, his just rewards, but it doesn't change the fact that ACORN got its just rewards.
