Why do folks have a silly notion about being UPC only if licenced?
If you are only UPCI by holding a Licence: then folks can tell the Pastor to stick the rules and standards in his back pocket with his card.

This notion that one was never UPCI because they were never a card holder is stupid.

It really shows the worth of saints to Pastors.

Us and them card holders.

Not that I think this thread has any validity, but in defense of Coop and as a point of information to Trouvere, it has been posted in another thread that non-ministry members of an "Affiliated" UPC are considered non-voting members of the UPCI.
