The hypocrisy of Mark Sanford continues

to be uncovered. He fought Obama's stimulus plan that would improve the infrastructure of his state because he's such a huge fiscal conservative. He however has no problem waisting thousands of dollars of tax payers money by using a state plane to go to "hair and dentist appointments" and a "birthday party for a campaign donor".

Under state law the plane is only to be used for "official business".

When is the Republican party in SC going to insist on him leaving office? It sounds like a criminal probe could be coming shortly.

He should be a Democrat. Then the accusations of hypocracy would be settled. Stop acting like John Edwards.

And the use of the plane? The dems want 550 million for planes so they can go to Australia and fight a good fight against carbon pollution.

He needs to resign.

I'm shocked that his fellow Republicans in SC haven't called for him to resign.

I would love the same details on Nancy, and Barney and Harry. But don't hold your breath on that happening, after all they are Democrats, only the Republican are free game to the press.

Obama is outside the U.S. a lot. Flying over the middle east and wagging his finger at Israel.

Dating a Latino with a compelling life story is very difficult for the Leftists.
I don't understand how they push sex education and abortion and then whip out some moral guide book.

MikeArki is faking outrage because the Democrats are getting attention for thier wild deeds.

Sorry Mike this is a boondoggle.

If MS broke the law, it isnt the SC Republican party that needs to be involved. It is the AG of South Carolina. If in fact, it is proven that he has broken the law he needs to be prosecuted.

However, I am loath to hear anyone take pot shots at the Republican party for ethics violations... considering the vapid response democrats had to a comander in chief who actually perjured himself.

go bark under a different tree.

The point is that the Republican's of SC held an all day conference call over a month ago and never could come to conclusion on what they wanted Mark Sanford to do. Is it really unclear what he should do? Being the upholders of all things, right, moral and fiscally sound they should have called for his resignation, but they refused too.

NOW it will be in the hands of the AG since it looks like he may have broken the law.

Bill Clinton perjured himself and yes, Ken Starr spent $62 million to prove he lied about sex. He was impeached but never convicted. It certainly wasn't swept under the rug Ferd. It was a full blown circus courtesy of the Republican party.

No one's taking pot shots at the Republican party. Mark Sanford is the one who chose to leave the country without anyone being in executive charge of his state for four days. He apparently is also the one who chose to waste tax payer dollars illegally all the while pretending to champion fiscal conservatism for every cable news network who'd give him air time. Sounds like he "pot shot" himself to me.

No the point is, the Republican party isnt on the hook for this and anyone who keeps up with American politics ought to know that the DEMOCRATS have caused a complete abandonment of morlity by political parties.

You people want an uneven playing field. Democrats can do anything they want but Republicans have to live by the moral standard of a cloistered nun!

THAT IS JUST PELOSI! (read my thread on my new cuss word).

The FACT is that the republicans in South Carolina dont have a roll to play in this. Sanford lives and dies by his own deeds. if he is guilty of a crime then the AG of the state needs to file charges. If the AG doesnt file charges then everyone needs to shove something in their pie hole and stop acting like every repbulcan in the country shelped an hispanic woman.

I am about sick of this double standard. You and the libs dont get to be the moral po-po when it comes to what Republicans do or dont do.

we will handle our own affairs ourselves.

thank you

the non-management.
