New Mexico just became the 12th state to legalize it. What sould be the proper response by Apostlics in your opinion? Should there be a stance against it?

Would you smoke it if prescribed for you?

I'd opt for something else because pot affects your mind. It's a mild hallucinogen

Extremely mild, you would have to smoke some extremely potent stuff to even begin hallucinogen.

Most cough suppressants will give you a big Acid trip if you drank the whole bottle.

Marijuana is not typically a hallucinagin...the adolescent street drug of choice is called the Triple C: Corecidin Cough and Cold.

Hallucinations are not always seeing purple elephants. Hallucinations can be distortions of reality....like loss of time. I remember when I first smoked pot...and we always had potent stuff btw, I did not think I was being affected. Then my friend looked at me and I started laughing hysterically for no reason. When I had stopped laughing I suddenly realized everyone had left the room. The distortion of how long I was laughing was a hallucination.

The point is your cognizant abilities are not what they should be. That is why I am against drugs like that that affect your mind

So are most schedule II narcotics.

Edited to say....it's not a hallucinogen. I misread that when I posted.

What are schedule 2 narcotics? Like psycotropic drugs or Pain Killers?

Most are pain killers, yes.

Others are meds like Ritalin....CNS stimulants.
