Did you commit the sin of Gluttony today???

If you did, what are you going to do about it???

I want a confession

Re: Did Anyone Over Eat??? BE HONEST

I did not want to sin so I didn't over eat.

I ate small portions of everything...............it was all good if I say so myself.

I only had a small serving of bread pudding with homemade caramel sauce, but I plan to have more of that later!!!!!

I've had one chicken strip and 3 cups of coffee so far today. I think I'm pretty safe. I'm not particularly fond of fast food...bleh. Working in it all day really takes the craving away. Anyhow, don't talk to me tomorrow. I have a suspicion I might have a fair bit too much turkey and stuffing and gravy and potatoes and pumpkin pie to eat.

GREAT NEWS!!!! Way to go.

To answer the thread.... I have to admit that I did not overeat yesterday. We had turkey, dressing etc. I had a sufficient quantity but was not stuffed at all. We just had an enjoyable amount without being too full.

Also... back to ronharvey. I still have MUCH weight left to lose... but over the last 3 years I have lost 120 pounds. It is a slow pace but I am moving in the right direction.

Congratulations again on your weight loss.

WOW! WTG D4T.

That's very impressive. Slow pace, IME, means lifestyle changes vs dieting. Lifestyle changes usually stick around a little longer for me (although I am losing this same weight for the 2nd time after my last baby...bleh).

Congrats to you and Digging4Truth!

Lifestyle change and good ol' Bible truth will do it every time!
