I disagree, there aren't
any "great" reasons to vote for McCain. Maybe for the RINO closet-socialist democrat Republicans that seem to form the noodle-like backbone of the party these days, there are "great reasons" to vote for one of the prime examples of their ilk.
Some say "all that matters is the supreme court." I agree that this line of reasoning is of considerable merit. But that
still isn't a "great reason" to vote for McCain. It's just another reason why Obama must be defeated.
And really, that's what this election has come to be all about for us true conservatives. It's about stopping Obama. And the faint flicker of hope that Sarah Palin might develop into somebody who leads a resurgence of conservatism within the Republican party.
So here's the short list:
Supreme court appointees
EXTREME inexperience
Infants born-alive legislation
Explicit Marxism "spread the wealth around"
Gun control
Massive new social program spending proposals
Many questionable associations
And now, the UN thugs (along with middle-eastern concerns) express their favor of him.
It might go on "the list," but I don't see it near the top, much less "great."
I will tell you, however, what I'm going to do if Obama is elected:
I will pray for him, and support him as best as I can, because he will be my president.
