Reba McEntire the country star who always professed a Christian faith now believes in reincarnation. She says she believes she was a man before in this life and that she spent time with her son Shelby somewhere in the past.
Of course she offers no proof, this is just the way she feels. She thinks she will be criticized by Christians for her beliefs now.
Although Reba McEntire fears that fellow Christians might criticize her for it, the singer says she believe she's been reincarnated.
"I believe I've gone both ways -- that I have been here before as a man," the 53-year-old (in this life, anyway) tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "I believe I have spent time with my son Shelby before. I believe I have spent time with other people in my life before. Who knows? Maybe I'm part Buddhist."
As for reconciling her Christian faith with her belief in reincarnation, McEntire says, "I'm sorry, but this is how I live my life, this is what I believe."

Her sitcom ended production a couple of years ago. There are only syndicated reruns showing now.
She has been in the entertainment business a long tme with a lot of "Hollywood" type friends way before she ever did that sitcom.
Country Music has a reputation of being rural and Christian but many of the artists are wacko. For years I have read about Lortetta Lynn believing in reincarnation and other werid stuff that is not Christian.
