Landmark Decision: Palin makes OP Carl Pro-CHOICE
Due to the selection of Governor Sarah Palin as the Republican vice-presidential nominee, and due to her excessive Pro-Life social/political views, I have decided, in reaction, to become PRO-CHOICE. Her description of her Down's syndrome son Trig as "perfection" are the words of somebody who has replaced reason with hysterical, fanatical fundamentalism. She is so certain that she knows what God wants people to do in such situations. That kind of certainty can be unsettling.
I now firmly believe that a woman should not be hindered by the government in any way from her right to choose
to not have sex until she is ready to raise children.

Locked in broken bodies and damaged brains, speical needs individuals have a perfect soul that Jesus came to set free, and He will do exactly that in the redemption of His creation. Then we will know all the special needs individuals as God knows them, in the perfection that is already true in the spirit, their bodies and hearts are like ours "groaning for the redemption of the creation...."

You are exactly right. That's why I like Palin so much. She appears to be just as rabidly pro-life as I am!

Yes, she does, and both her own experience with the downs child and are unwed daughters decision show they are willing to live what they believe. How folks react to unfortunate circumstances shows how deep is their character.
Special needs have a special place in our hearts, my 37 year old son has a special place with his special needs friends at www.coventryreserve.org Anthony is in the picture on the home page with our program director.
Truth is specials needs individuals have the same needs as the rest of us, to be loved and to love.
