Until McCain is portrayed by the media as an 1980's IRA terrorist and his wife a militant white power supporter, they have little to complain about.

That New Yorker cover of Barak and Michelle Obama was actually a very clever piece of Pro-Obama propaganda. The New Yorker's stated intention was to show how they believed "The Right" had "demonized" the Obamas.
By going so far overboard they have effectively silenced the well founded criticisms about the Obamas past anti-American statements.
The media are operating as "527" campaign groups. Although, in fairness to the media, most of them pay their taxes while the 527's themselves just rake in the dough and smear anyone who speaks out against them.
I'm an Obama supporter and I'll admit, I think McCain isn't getting as much coverage. Of course...he's just more of the same so it really isn't news. lol

Well, lets face it, the media is all about image. Mr. Obama is young, Mr. McCain is not. Mr. Obama is a Democrat, most give favorable press to Democrats.
Like I posted earlier, Mr. McCain is an old white Republican. Mr. Obama is half black, younger, and a Democrat.
The issues really don't matter to the media.
