Actually, yes. It could. Much plainer. God could have given only one "formula" in His Word, instead of two.

i think what they are trying to say is which formula .. i truly believe that acts 2v38 is the correct formula. its all in the Name Of Jesus.

oneness groups use in the name of Jesus . and trinitarians use matt 28V19.

If it wasn't for the witness of scripture and history, I'd think that I would use the titles. But I would never do so, because I am firmly convinced of this truth.

"One Lord" - Jesus Christ
"One Faith" - in Jesus Christ
"One Baptism" - in the name of Jesus Christ

The only name given whereby men are saved: JESUS CHRIST.

Someone does there's another way, let them; I have no condemnation for them. But I love the name of Jesus.

they both are correct they both mean the same thing matt 28:19 says in the name of the father, the son and the holyghost......which the apostles including matthew knew that name was jesus...father son holyghost are titles not names.
