Cool Are you more hard on others or yourself?

At work, I tend to be a perfectionist and expect perfection of others. When I analyize myself I find that in being hard on others I am not just equally hard but probably hold myself to such a high standard that I cannot ever feel good enough. Can anyone else relate to this?

Blessings, Rhoni

This is easy, I am easy on others, but obsess over almost everything in my own life.

...sorry if I offended you by what I said Rhoni.

...but seriously, I need therapy.

No offense taken...I am sitting here hitting myself for not proof-reading before submitting the same question twice. I know better than that. I need therapy too. Know where I can get a good counselor?

Renda,

Yes, you have been through the past few years...anyone tell you that you'd make a good therapist? Consider yourself told.

Yes, matter of fact I have been told that.

I edited your poll.

Rhoni, you might want to check you poll questions, they are both the same.

I am harder on myself than others.

Don't you know that is how thearapists think? They give you two options, both being the same and make you THINK you are the one who made the wrong decision.
