Why I am up so late!!

I am usually not up this late at all.

I do not function well without a certain person occupying my home.

We have had guest from Singapore for the last few days and Keith had to take them to the airport to night.

He drove all the way to SFO from Turlock and will not be home until 2am.

I am just not used to him not being here...but I need to make myself go to bed.

Do you have to take that stuff? And does it help?

Sometimes I take an allergy med because it makes me sleepy.

sometimes I do - it really helps and doesn't make you
groggy at all

I do remember that feeling but if you put him and yourself in God's hands and let the peace of God fill your heart and soul...your sleep will be restful and sweet.

I am an insomniac Jeanie, especially since my grandson left to go stay with his mom for the summer. But I went to sleep earlier than usual last night and slept well. Thank you Jesus.
