You miss the point...... they are always referred to in legal terms and in most official references.. in their full name

and thus he will be introduced at every State of the Union as

President: Barak Hussein Obama

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
