Well, the highs are in the lower lows! we are evacuating by July 1st because of increasingly stable conditions dew to the weather

Today and tomorrow with no rain, then back to our daily dose. Hardly any crops out here. Farmers are hurting. I expect corn to soar even higher than it's been.

They grow corn in CA. too cneasttx and it sometimes
does not rain for 6-8 months

I know hon, but I am just telling you, we are able to harvest very little corn. We have mostly sand here, but for some reason our 4 acres seem to be blessed except for the corn. We do pray over our garden, before we plant and during the growing season.

I am close to the Mississippi River, which is flooding next week for the second time this year.
But the river did give me an 18 pound 34" flathead catfish yesterday ;-) after a "brief" 15 to 20 minute tussle on 8 pound test line on a medium action spinning rod.
Thank You Jesus....that was fun !!!!

Well, I caught that one earlier here on the Mississippi up here in Minnesota but I threw it back......it was a little small for us! lol
