Sinus Trouble Advice.
I've been suffering lately with Sinus trouble badly here,lately and no I haven't went to the doctor ,but does anybody have any good recommendations for what works for sinus trouble ?
If things get too bad I might have to break down and go see a doctor.

Steam works as well as massaging the sides of the nose and right underneath the nose.

I used to have sinus problems all the time, nothing that I did helped for very long, only temporarily. Then after I changed my diet from a typical America diet to a semi-vegitarian diet I have seen a huge difference. As I'm typing this I can't remember the last time that I so much as had a cold. It took some time after my diet change, but I'm the healthiest that I've been in my life.

That too.
"Had" is the magic word here. Something that I haven't had to deal with for quite some time. Actually my allergy problems left before my sinus issues ceased to be a problem for me.

That's what I'd like to do sometimes when I have issues such as that anyways....
