For moving that slanderous thread. My hat is off to you. All subjects open for discussion and even public stands made by public figures but just slander nope not even on those who are enemies to what I believe. I have posted against the beliefs and practices of Hinn, Jakes, etc. but I have not attacked them personally with slander. Again thanks. For the record I am NOT going to Tulsa, I NEVER considered joining, I see most of those men as being more moderate than conservative, none of them are friends to speak of. I know one a little none are running buddies.

Many that go to Tulsa are just going to see and listen...and sadly gossip... will be sent out, telephones will be ringing...however some of us will just continue working in our world.
I know many of them but only time will reveal what will happen...

AMEN AMEN, I don't know what people gain from speaking ill of other brothers, they only succeed in making themselves look as bad or worse than the one whom they speak of, whether the info is true, or not; the LORD makes no exceptions of people, EACH ONE WILL answer to Him., when the day is done.
Believe me I remind myself of this daily, lol Its human nature to do what we're NOT supposed to do, and not do what we should, YET, "I can do all things through Jesus Christ, which strengtheneth me", if we but ask He will impart to us whatever we need to 'overcome' any temptations to sin. against Him.

Amen and Amen. Didn't read the replies, but read the thread elsewhere. Satire or not... it has no place on a "Christian" forum. I try (sometimes unsuccessfully) to live by principles. One of those is this:

Just because I CAN do something, that doesn't mean I SHOULD".

Its hard to believe that there are "Christians" who can say such things and laugh about it, and even justify it.

Romans 1 deals with more than just one particulkar sin. Several sins are mentioned, in fact. Deceit. whisperers, inventors of evil things are listed as well. Maybe it would do us all good to go back and read that last verse in Roma ns 1 a little slower. Here...I'll make it easier by bolding a part that is often overlooked.

Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
