Yeah, I was just teasing. One year we were home we went to Bransom and to Dixie stampede. I enjoyed being there so much and we stayed in a beautiful hotel. It was Christmas time and the hotel was a dream...so beautiful..the lights...the decoration....I thought this is so pretty and restful. Hope to do it again sometime...

Afterwards someone told me some people think it is a sin...Well...I didn´t sin. I enjoyed myself for a day...If I would have had the money I would have stayed a couple days. I thought it was very nice.

Lol.....thank goodness they aren't God, huh? If it's a sin, then there are a lot of folks from St. Louis that are in trouble as my SIL has sold them property there.

I'm glad that you were able to go and enjoy yourself. It is a beautiful place during the holidays!

I hope you will be able to visit there again someday!

She use to be - she worked at WEC.

H. Rose called her a couple weeks ago and there were many of them in town for some type of meeting and invited her to lunch to meet up with old friends and she really enjoyed seeing everyone again.

Sis. Alvear another great and relaxing place that is similiar is Gatlinburg, TN. One of our favorite place. There are cabin rentals all over the mountains and it's absolutely beautiful at Christmas time when both Galinburg and Pidgeon Forge are decorated to the hilt! A wonderful and relaxing place.... no sin allowed there!
