No beards? WOW!! Scripture 4 that? Maybe I be ignant but I see more scripture support having a beard than otherwise. I do not wear one but..

Why would that be necessary? It is not the church you attend that saves. Rather, it is the blood of Jesus!

Do you mean that you wouldn't jump to conclusions if I introduced you to a male "Baptist" friend of mine? You wouldn't be able to judge him by his looks; only that I called him "Baptist"!

I would certainly assume that he adhered to that doctrine if he was identified as such but it would not send me into fits of tract slamming and a doctrinal frenzy!

Since we are speaking hypothetically, if he had fulfilled the gospel and still claimed to be a Baptist I am convinced that you would introduce him in that manner and it would not be an issue!
