Somewhere, Reince Priebus' head exploded!

The first post-debate poll released by NBC shows Ted Cruz gaining seven points (most of the GOP field) to place second at 13%!

This is not what the establishment wanted! Not at all!

First, Trump gained a point, even after the Fox debate team's attacks and after RedState's massive lie and snub; and second Ted Cruz, that wacko bird, is now in second place, making the biggest gain of the GOP field.

Not only this, but the establishments favorites Jeb Bush and Scott Walker FELL 3 points in the polls to finish at 7% each, behind Rubio (8%), Fiorina (8%) and Carson (11%).

Cruz also, on opening statement at debate had an uptick on Google of 67%. They were checking him out. Who is this guy?

I'm going to put this out here because it's relevant to the discussion.

So, I'm running errands this morning and I listen to Mark Levin commenting on the Thursday night debate. He talked about how Fox News blacked out Ted Cruz for 40 minutes (which we all noticed) and then Megyn asked Ted a God question.

Levin says, "If I was Ted Cruz, I would have said, 'What kind of a jack*** question is that? Ask me a real question!'".

"Conservative Intel polled Iowans likely to participate in next year’s Republican presidential caucuses with some interesting findings."

"Additionally, the poll asked whether respondents approved or disapproved of Ted Cruz’s calling Majority Leader McConnell a liar who “rammed” the Export-Import Bank reauthorization through the Senate and whether his approach made them more or less likely to support him for the Republican nomination. More than half – 51% – approved of Cruz’s approach and 63% said they were more likely to support him, 32% saying they were much more likely to."
