Eric Holder's DOJ Drops Ferguson Lawsuit
Just heard it on the radio driving down the highway. Evidently there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute the Ferguson police officer for civil rights violations. I guess that settles it.

Sounds like Florida after they got everyone all hyped up and dangerous.

Not surprised. There were leaks a couple months ago that Holder was going to drop it for lack of any case against the officer.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I never commented too much on the Ferguson case. I still think it was wrong for the cop to shoot an unarmed man, but the only ones who know EXACTLY what happened and the circumstances are the dead guy and the officer.

Please tell us what a Cop is supposed to do when someone just attacked him and beat the mess out of him and tried to take his gun and is now charging at the cop...and is 80 pounds heavier?

DOJ rejects the claim that Michael Brown had his hands up. Guess that "Hands up, Don't Shoot" chant and all the retail products can be scrapped.

Perhaps the most disturbing findings were the racist email exchanges between police and court officials, which show outright hostility and prejudice toward the St. Louis suburb's black residents.
