Simple Dishes

Tonight we had one of my favorite simple dishes. We marinaded boneless chicken breast in Zesty Itallian dressing and then backed them. It makes great chicken.

Whats some of your favorite simple dishes?

I buzz some basil and a bit of pineapple sage with cooking oil.Olive or cannola.Cannola doesn't add taste so its great.Peanut would do as well. Then
to this I add some salt and black pepper and soy sauce.I pour this over the chicken with this and put foil over it and bake it in the oven.It comes out so good and makes its own brown gravy which then I take and put into a skillet with onions and make onion gravy out of it.I fix scalloped potatoes and a salad/rolls/ice tea and you are set for dinner.

One thing I tried last week was I took 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and a package of brown gravy mix---Mix it up with a little bit of water and pour it over boneless porkchops in a crockpot.

THAT is some gooood stuff!
