Where's my post ???? ... try Lazarus.

I may be late on the scene with this or maybe it's been discussed but one of the Chrome extensions, also available for Firefox, I download recently is is Lazarus: Form Recovery.

Here is how it can save you some heartache after posting something and for whatever reason it crashes.

Ever had one of those...moments when you've finally finished filling out a long form, and hit submit only to see an error message? And when you hit the back button, the form was blank... If so, you know you need Lazarus. And if not, you have a chance to install Lazarus before disaster strikes!

Lazarus saves everything you type so if the worst happens you can recover the whole form by simply clicking a menu item. The data can be encrypted and is saved on your machine so you know it's safe.

I downloaded the Lazarus extension for Chrome, but I don't see the little icon showing that it's working on this page.

However...I hit back 2x and then came back to my post and what I had typed so far was still in the post box. Was it doing that before? Or is it Lazarus?????

You should have a lightly shaded ankh symbol icon in the right top corner of the quick reply form field box ....

look closely:



When you click on the icon ... it shows you what it has been auto-saving ....



The ABC icon you see on the right bottom corner is another Chrome extension ... an advanced spell check and grammar editor I just downloaded as well ... called At the Deadline ... ADT
