Something CC1 Just Does Not Understand

Last night I see a commerical on a local television station promoting an upcoming segment in their newscast.

Somewhere in Tennessee a woman just had a 120 lb tumor removed that she did not know she had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly I got busy and missed the actual details. I only heard that she had not been to a doctor in 30 years.

I don't care if you have not gone to a doctor in 100 years how in the world do you carry a growth the weight of a person inside you and not know something is very, very wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am thinking way too much moonshine or meth.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Wow - maybe that's what's wrong with me. I'm calling the doctor right now!

You are probably really only 98 lbs and the rest is just a tumor that needs to be removed!

Oh heavens no! The weight of the tumor is the variable with each person. I guesstimate mine to be 27 lbs since it is primarily located in my stomach.

I would not presume to estimate Renda's but apparently you have!!

If the tumor was carried in the abdomen, she may have thought she was getting fat.

I saw on TV that the tumor was mostly liquid, and they drained almost 50 liters of fluid out of the tumor! That is like 25 2-liter bottles of Coke! Wow!
