100,000 people without power in a section of Toronto Ontario, Canada.
Temperature is currently -15 with a wind chill of -29
I dont know the population of our little city but we have folks without power right now too - somehow the cold caused a transformer to blow and its knocked out power all over town.

folks on the northern end of town are having problems with water lines freezing. I know it's odd but they are just a couple miles north of us and they can get colder weather. The other weekend they got 2 inches of snow and we got nothing.
