Again, if you say so.

See, Brother, the whole point I have been getting at is that while you are busy pointing your fingers at those you consider liberal, and finding it appropriate to tell them they need to pray through, there are those in our movement that would do the very same thing to you. You want to get your point across but you would take the opinion of others who live more than you with a grain of salt. There's a reason why Jesus said we should be more concerned with the beam in our own eyes than the splinters in others'.

The first Book of Epley chapter 1 and verse 1 "Everyone is someone's liberal and everyone is someone's conservative."

I think so too.

But where should the line be drawn? According to scripture or according to everyone's interpretation of scripture?

The outcome of the counsel in Jerusalem as to how to instruct the gentlies stragely did not involve red shoes or neck ties, though some may have thought so.

Could this verse possibly apply here?

2 Corinthians 10:12
For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

How true.

I don't think we should draw the line or try to come up with a full set of rules. Why not respect one another enough to allow each person to live by his/her convictions and leave the judging up to God? Or is that too radical a concept?

Price,

where did you go?
