I'm sorry to see that, and the struggle you go through, but until you give it all over to God, and there will have to be some submission on your part, you will continue to struggle. You seem to be in a no win situation here. And "oh yes" I am not going to spend un-nescerry hours searching out everything you have posted over a long period of time. That was just foolishness too.
Blessings,

Sister, I never thought for one second that you were serious. At least not about that part! I know you fall in the standard keeper category and, honestly, I don't have the first problem with that. What gets under my skin is when people think they can force their brand of Christianity on others. It brings out my fighting side because I have lived under that sort of ministry before and it made me miserable.

Things are fine in my life and I am right where God wants me to be right now. I still don't know why God lead us here, but I know His ways are above our ways and He is under no obligation to give me any explanations for the things He does. Yeah, I hate it here. I hate living in government housing. I hate being stuck on food stamps. I hate not having a good place to go fishing. But some good is coming out of this. I am in college now. My kids absolutely love the schools they go to. My oldest daughter sent me an email the other day, saying how excited she is about going into middle school this coming school year. (I gave her one of our old computers) My son is popular at school too. The kids love being able to go to the pool we get free passes to because we live here. Really, other than hating having to live in government housing, the food stamp situation, and not having a church we feel is where God would have us attend, things are just fine. In three years time I will have my Bachelors degree and can find a decent job and we wil be able to move.

I knew Elder Bean's son. we went to college together. I dont know a kinder more gentle spirit.

I honestly felt like was was listening to something I should not have. a personal rebuke to one group of people. and boy was it a rebuke!

The elder did say something I had a problem with. That is, the idea that Jesus admonishon to Peter, where He gave the keys to the kingdom, is extended to all apostolic preachers. That is to say that what ever a preacher looses on earth, it is loosed in heaven.

That isnt biblically accurate. it also places the preacher in a very precarious place. Elder Bean was a man who loved God and the people he lead, but his teaching in the hands of a power mad fellow would lead to the ditch.
Honestly the power of binding and loosing was extended to the church see Matt. 18.

Elder, I will not debate the life of a man I respect and know was anointed of God. That is for sure. I just read Mt 18. and I agree that it is exteneded to the church. The context is a little differerent than what was used by Brother Bean.

None the less, Brother Bean was a very interesting man and I dont doubt his ministry.

You kicked and screamed to play music for the three god people. Then you kicked and screamed when their hireling asked for money. Muzzle not the ox!
Even if he's an evil ox! You decided to attend there.
