Amen, brother. That's the way I see it too.
"He that knoweth to do good and doeth it not...to him it is sin."
Luk 1:79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and [in] the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
Jhn 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Jhn 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
The coming of the Lord in every soul is as a lightening that shineth out of the East even unto the West. Not as an electral flash as in a lightening storm. That kind of lightening does not shine out of the East even unto the West. That kind just jumps from postively charged clouds to negatively charged earth or clouds. But the kind of lightening that shineth out of the East even unto the West is the coming of the DAY STAR spoken of by Peter that shines in our hearts.
We do not have all the light when the early horns of light lifts up above the distant Eastern horizon. Light progresses to its zenith from one phase to another.
But, it does not have to sink into the West as when darkness approaches at the end of the day. However, it seems that every church goes though that cycle until it dies. See the darkened condition of all the reformed churches before us. Our sun is currently seeking low because we have refused to walk in the light as did all the reformed churches before us.
Nevertheless, from the dying of the old, God always raises up a remnant who will walk in the light of a new day when the Day Star arises in their midst.
