(a) The term "under question" shall be taken to mean a formal decision by a District Board reflecting a concern that conduct in flagrant violation of the Manual of the United Pentecostal Church International has occurred.
(b) The term "conduct unbecoming a minister" shall be taken to mean any conduct of a moral, financial, or ethical nature that would cause a reproach upon the ministry.
Amendment - Instead of "has occurred" will need to be changed to, "has been proven through the UPCI judiciary process". Otherwise, speculation and spurious information will harm a man that could be innocent of the charges.

I will be there. There is no way the television issue is going to pass though. I will be shocked if it does. There will be no big split this year. There will just be a steady trickle of young ministers exiting the org.
We left of our own will, under no question from the UPC. However, after all these years, when we preach in a UPC church, it still has to be kept "secret" and it isn't advertised. This has happened more than once in more than one place, and I think it's funny. But the stigma is still there, no matter how you left.

The two pastors were kind and understanding, though I felt like scum. I didn't go cause I love my District Sup and my going would have caused him big turmoil.
One of the pastors that complained was a big mover in the org and he didn't want to deal with the fall out.
