Just because a guy's theology doesn't line up with a particular predominant doctrinal persuasion doesn't mean a person doesn't love God, love truth or that he isn't a good guy. The opposite is true too. Just because someone holds to a status quo doctrinal position that is accepted by a majority doesn't make them a good person or any better than the person who doesn't hold that view.

You aren't getting it. There is no example of people being baptised any other way. There are examples of people being filled with the Holy Ghost in a different way than what is taught, that is, speaking in tongues.
