In the OT. do we have anyone in the Bible anyone seeking for The Holy Ghost ?
Yes Elizabeth and John The Baptist were filled with the Holy Ghost but it was a soverign Act of God ,for empowerment.
And BTW why aren't Babies filled with The Holy Ghost from their mother's womb in this grace age ?
Not everyone in the Bible that received the Holy Ghost was seeking for it, necessarily. Some received it when Paul laid his hand on them.
As for babies, John the Baptist is the only recorded baby born with the Holy Ghost. We have scripture for that. Why he was picked, I don't know, but scripture is clear that he was filled with the Holy Ghost from the womb.

I have to wonder how speaking in tongues is a sign of the Holy Ghost when the devil can speak in tongues also. I've seen people do that and it definitely wasn't the Holy Ghost!

Jesus tells his followers that He will pray to His father that will be given another comforter,Jesus comforted His disciples by presence with them ,but they are going to receive another comforter who is that Comforter ,The Holy Ghost of course,that he might abide with them future tense not presently abiding in them.When did that Comforter come ?

I will have to be honest and confess to you that I have no idea when my first experience was in speaking in tongues because I was taught that one had to do that in order to have the HG. I faked it a lot as a child and even as a teen. I wasn't considered saved unless people heard me speak it.
However, as an adult, I have spoken in tongues many times, mainly during intercessory prayer. But it doesn't edify me. Only my spirit knows, and it speaks to God.
