How could Jesus go to Jerusalem and sit in the temple after heaven and earth has been totally destroyed by fire?

(II Pe 3:10) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
(II Pe 3:11) Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
(II Pe 3:12) Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

You can just tell me that.

But what are the sun, moon, and starts that fall to the earth before the Day of the Lord

(Acs 2:20) The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

You are very close, but the end did not come until the Day of the Lord.

(II Pe 3:10) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

I somehow failed to hit the "PLAY" button on that video, so I'm just working from your account of it here...

The video sounds like a pretty typical Pre-Trib rapture Dispensational teaching. To answer your question of "How could Jesus sit..." and etc:

Dispensationalism teaches that the destruction described in 2 Peter 3, will come after the 1,000 year reign of Christ and following the "Great White Throne" judgement.

After the Millennial reign Satan will be released from the pit for a final battle between good and evil (Revelation 20:7). It is after this battle that the events 2 Peter 3, describes are said to take place.
