Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Ideally there are many good things about the Church. It is the pillar and ground of the truth. There one can know and abide in truth. You can fellowship, love and be loved by those who also walk in truth. You can labor together for the cause of Christ. You can have a place to bring the converts you win to him.

Being Apostolic Pentecostal, I enjoy the deep spiritual communion between myself and the Lord through grace. Something not found in other religions and most denominations of Christianity.

A.) It is the good old gospel ship and our salvation through Jesus Christ.
B.) It is what challenges me to be better, it encourages me in my hard times, it is uplifting fellowship separate from the world.

Locally and universally it is what God creates us to be together.
