Easy Lemon Chicken
(I'm making this for supper tonight)
3-4 boneless chicken breasts of 8-10 boneless thighs
1 can of frozen lemonade (do NOT dilute)
Put the chicken in a gallon size ziplock bag and pour the lemonade over it. Marinade for about an hour (or more if you want).
Take the chicken out of the bag and shake off the excess lemonade, then roll in CRUSHED CORN FLAKES. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Drizzle with melted butter and bake at 350 until done.
I've made this many times. It is delicious.
Usually we have it with brown rice and whatever veggies we're having that day. Enjoy.
