Au contrare! He most certainly did! He was listed in verse 32:

My mistake: I searched biblegateway.com for Jephthah, but there was a spelling difference in the KJV, so it seemed that there were no "hits" in the NT (it's Jephthae there). And I didn't remember him being mentioned. My bad. I should have just reread
Heb 11 to verify.
