No it is my house in Houston. We rented it with the understanding they would also buy the house. They informed us a couple of days ago they are moving out Dec 1. That is not even a 30 day notice, PLUS, this is not a good time of the year to put your house on the market.

I really don't want the hassel of renting again. I would much rather sell.
