My sister goes to Bro. Phillips' church, and she has mentioned their "Master's Commission" program in a very positive light. It has more to do with them serving the church and community fulltime than anything else, from what I understand. I think (I could be wrong) those who participate take 1-2 years and devote it completely to the church.
