I searched the net about "Masters Commision" and it seemed to be some spiritual boot camp for young people. I never saw anything about Wagner.

On a couple occasions she referenced folks in the congregation as being a part of the “Master’s Commission.” I did a Google search and found there is a Bible school in Wasilla of that name and that they are a part of the Wasilla Assembly of God (SEE HERE). They have a website which I went to. That site has an option “About Us.” The first choice on that page is entitled, “About Alaska". Once there you'll see that the very first paragraph says:

“Alaska has a divine destiny that has been spoken about by many church leaders and prophetic leaders from all over the world such as Dutch Sheets, TODD BENTLY, Steve Thompson, Woody Woodson, and Dr. Cho just to name a few.”

Look up DUTCH SHEETS and you'll find the connections.
