Not "WE," but "THEY." She was addressing the Wasilla Assembly of God. That is a KEY point. If she hadn't become McCain's VP choice, other than THAT congregation, the world probably would have never known what she said that day. But the issue is, THAT congregation did know, because she was speaking her words to THEM.

All those here who think I have a reading problem, you should reread what Palin said in juxtaposition with her church’s belief. Without doing that, you are taking her statement out of context. Look again at her words:
"Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right. Also, for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders, are sending [U.S. soldiers] out on a task that is from God. That's what we have to make sure that we're praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God's will." (Found approximately 5 minutes and 40 seconds into the VIDEO CLIP ON THIS WEBSITE)
Palin said THEY needed to pray that the soldiers were doing “WHAT IS RIGHT.” She knew what her church believes about that war. So when you connect Palin’s statements with those made by her Senior Pastor at that church, you see she was referring to praying that the soldiers are sent there to do the “task” they should in GOD'S WAR. I am not reading anything into what she said. I am only following along with what's commonly believed in THAT church.

Thanks for the heads up, but I did look into this before posting.

And what exactly did I wrongly allude to? I said that the Wasilla Assembly of God has that school, that Palin addressed them while speaking, and that they use men like Todd Bently as prophetic references on their website. What part of that is wrong?

Interesting point you bring up.... Did you know that Kenneth Phillips is into DOMINION THEOLOGY as well? While preaching at the 2007 AWCF World Conference, Phillip's then side-kick, Jonathan Suber, shouted to the congregation: "I've came here to release dominion theology. I've come to release kingdom theology." I have a recording of Suber saying this on my computer. Before posting, I listened to it to check my accuracy. With all due respect, crakjak, you're just confirming that my concern is justified.

To be honest, all true Christian’s are into conspiracy thinking. We all teach, preach, and believe that Hell has a plan against the Church of Jesus Christ. Because so, yes, I do aspire to such belief. But a Christian has to balance such a view with the fact that they are not at war with “flesh and blood.” Because so, I’ve not said anything against Sarah Palin’s person. I’ve not said she’s a bad or deranged individual possessed with an evil agenda. No, what I’ve posted is my concerns about her beliefs and where those beliefs could lead. There is a BIG difference between the two.

Also, do you really believe Dominion Theologists do not have a plan? Brother, that is what they are all about! That is not my imagination. It is in their teachings—plain and simple.

Instead of trying to poison my well by suggesting my concerns are all a figment of an overly-suspicious mind, maybe you could try to prove my information wrong with some sources of your own?? All you have to do is show that Palin, her senior pastor, her church, and her church’s school are NOT into dominion or kingdom theology. But, because there is no such evidence, that’s a problem, isn’t it? And the evidence that is found, as far that I can find, leads to just the opposite conclusion.

Hey, I hope I'm wrong. I pray that we have a safe country and godly leadership. But I also can't live in denial. It is what it is. Knowing that helps me to pray as I should.
