Then if they cannot make changes where they see changes need to be made, they need to GET OUT! Unless, they are just so attached to their position of authority they feel they could never leave cuz they LIKE THE POWER THEY HAVE!
You can't have it both ways PP. If you are in a position and you like it (politics), but you don't like the other politics of the organization LEAVE!
I've been involved heavily in the UPC for years and I have been hurt by it more times than I care to remember. However, I personally believe it is the best oneness organization currently on the planet and that is why we choose to stick with it.
