Life is hard on most mission fields...the foreigner sees Americans as rich...the American that pays the preacher becomes the boss...
Believe me many nationals that hold your hat, carry your briefcase have dollar marks in their eyes...The American runs to the states and tells all his stories about the people....but does not even know that behind many acts of "goodwill" were thoughts of making money to survive...
Dooes that mean the nationals do everything for money? Of course not but it is a whole different ballgame when YOU LIVE on the field...

Thank you for your insight. It is an unselfish one. I see exactly what you are saying here.....but I am just a little people here!

But you are right... it reminds me of the children who are playing and something goes wrong. So one takes their toys and goes home but they don't leave it at that. They go and tell all the other children in the neighborhood how mean they other child is and now no one wants to get along and everyone gets hurt in the end... Even those that weren't officially involved with the original fight because now both of their friends are fighting and they are caught in the middle....
