I can assure you since there are NO, lets all say it together, NO paid positions with the WPF, that this would be a little hard to accomplish. If you are insinuating that the WPF is offering more financial support (than said recruits licensing organization) for a specific ministry/program that some pastor is involved in, I would find that suspect as well since that is not the structure of the WPF.

Well while they were over in the Phillapines trying to recruit our pastors they were offering them more money to join their fellowship.
