I think that God's approval comes when whatever is being said or done
lines up with his word. Emotion must be taken out of the mix, because our emotions can mislead us. You can't follow your heart, because your heart can deceive you! Like Bro. Wilson said, even blessings are not necessarily a sign of approval.
We may not truly know what God approves or disapproves until judgement day. JMHO
