LOL! that is the art of chili! it is WAAAAY too much work!
but you can make your own chili powder one weekend then make chili the next. I generally keep a jar in the cabnet and make new when it gets low.
trust me, you will be happy you did it!
I also use my chili powder when grilling steaks!
