Let me put it this way. Since Jesus fulfilled the Law, at what point was the sins of Israel pushed forward? Was it when the lamb was slain? Was it when the blood was placed upon the giver of the sacrifice? Was it when the scape goat was let go? Was it when the blood was offered in the Holies of Holies?
also, does remission of sins = being born again?
