I'm not sure what I would have done; it was not an option in the 70's.
It may be an advantage to know in advance. We were renters at the births of all 3 children;therefore, no nursery colors or decor, how did they survive?
3 different cities, doctors etc > and since most churches only give a shower for the 1st baby or a newcomer....I had 3 baby showers!!!
