Resolution 4 is like an LED light on an Amish buggy.
It makes sense to most people,
but it's cause for controversy for people who are afraid that a light means the end of buggies.
A buggy with an LED light is still a buggy; the light doesn't make it a car.
It's dark out there, and more people will see the buggy if it has a light.
