Very Sad...
here's a poem I wrote that you can give the family if you'd like..
Heavens Little Flowers
Are there lilies up in Heaven?
Do they play among the stars?
Do they smile and wiggle while they giggle
to catch the eye of God?
Do they run and hide through fields of joy?
Do they sleep up on the clouds?
Are there angels watching over them?
Are they safe in the arms of God?
Momma’s tears and Daddy’s fear
have been broken by love.
And searching for tomorrows as they
look to heaven above.
So say goodbye for now,
for we’ll meet upon that morn
When God opens the Gate’s of heaven
and you rush into my arms.
And the Angels watch the lilies
as they close their little eyes.
The tousled hair and quiet prayers as they
sing them lullabies.
And sleeping so sweetly
So you’ll never wonder why
God loves the lilies and
all of heaven sighs.
