It is my own personal opionion that we have been "held back" or have been in a "holding pattern" in this area because of a number of different issues weather they are real or just the vivid imagination of someones fertile mind!
And I think that Bro Kinsey got to it at the end when he started talking about the young people because it is my belief that there is a group of young people arising that have no idea of "history" and that have a powerful hunger for the supernatural power of God and they are and will changing the atmosphere.
