Unfortunately, I have a dark streak that defaulted to Yellowstone.
It's something I battle.
But I agree. I've shut off nearly everything. Facebook is deactivated. Twitter deleted.
I have Instagram, but that seems to be devoid of the vitriol and angst that the others trade in. (At least mine.)
And the news? Nope. My anxiety has diminished since I shut it off.
