Notice the highlighted very carefully. Notice it does not say any other part of the promise but only this specific part. The writer of Hebrews is trying to tell the Hebrews saints what their part of the promise is. This correlates with all other O.T. promises to future national Israel VIA the fathers. Any deviation from this portion nullifies the promise to the fathers.
